Richa Singh

Coming from a strong educational background in Psychology and Economics along with a passion for reading, Richa completed her Bachelor of Information Systems from Manukau Institute of Technology. This varied background enabled Richa to have a successful and rewarding career in IT Recruitment with one of the leading recruitment companies in Auckland.

It was however her interest in real estate that stemmed at a young age watching her mum engage in profitable property transactions which led her to switch gear and forge a career in Real Estate along with her husband – Ricky Singh.

Joining the real estate industry in the low-economic times back in 2007, it was sink or swim for them with three of their own properties locked in at 9.3% interest rate.
True to the saying “Success follows those who put in the hard yard and go the extra mile”, Ricky and Richa became top sales team in South Auckland winning coveted awards and constantly ranking in the top 1% in the industry.

In 2015, Richa and Ricky established the Harveys Papatoetoe office with a team of like-minded and passionate salespeople who strive to succeed.
Creating and supporting several real estate superstars, overseeing compliance, marketing and the administration team is something Richa takes in her stride.

A natural flair for creative writing, great marketing sense coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a legal acumen ensures Richa provides professional advice to both her internal and external clients.

Richa is a devoted mum to her 10-year-old son and a 3-year-old princess. Striving to create calm and happy moments for her family, Richa encourages the kids to spend a lot of time outdoors and regularly takes them for leisurely walks and quiet picnics to the local reserves and parks. Both Ricky and Richa share a love of travel and enjoy taking the kids on local and overseas family adventures.
